TERMS OF SERVICE

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
All payment is upfront, before commission work begins.

I generally do not offer refunds after the first W.I.P is sent to the commissioner, unless I cannot complete the commission within a 2 month time frame, or a situation arises where I cannot complete the commission.
My commissions are NOT for commercial use, if you plan to use them for profit it must be discussed beforehand. There will be an according fee.
I post most commissions I take on my social media and also may use them as examples for commissions, if you do not want me to do so PLEASE inform me before or when I send the finished art!
My commissions are NOT for reproduction or any NFT, cryptocurrency, or any blockchain related use. No exceptions.

Fandom characters
Fandom based OCs
Mobility aids/medical equipment (Hearing aids, wheelchairs, crutches, ect)
Mild Gore
LIGHT nonsexual nudity (i.e.: nipples)

I MIGHT draw a human/ humanoid character, although unlikely. Ask me about it!
I may deny characters and OCs from certain fandoms, but feel free to ask anyway!

Bigoted and offensive material (Racism/Homophobia/Transphobia/ect)
Any Incest, Abuse, Zoophilia, Pedophilia, ect.
Hate or Revenge art

I send out a progress update during the sketch phase to ask for feedback before I procceed. You must respond before I continue the piece. I will do the same when i'm 'done' with the commission before I publicly post it.

You may request the original/Layered PSD file at any point if you want it! Even after I finish the art
PLEASE show a reference of the character you want drawn, I will not search your account/google for them
Detailed text based descriptions and/or 'general idea' reference pictures are accepted
NSFW reference sheets are accepted
Separate images count as separate commissions even when bought at the same time. 'Extra character prices' only apply when they are in a single image together
Don't be afraid to ask for changes or to give critique when I ask for feedback! I want to get
I usually finish within 2 weeks (maybe longer if there is a queue ahead of you) but if I take longer don't hesitate to ask for updates!
